....What's yours.....???????????????

I used to wear Red.....Nothing else....Now, I can't find it...and when I finally do find it which is Macy's every Christmas and Mother's Day...it just doesn't do the same thing that it used to do....I know that perfumes have to "mix" with each one's chemistry....My chemistry must have changed....

Since then, I've tried and "lost" ...over and over again....
They smell good in the store...then I spray...and go to work...and in no time its gone..............

Granny, it's not gone. You get accustomed to the scent and don't notice it anymore. Not to mention the effect age has on us. My eldest gran has a wonderful nose. She can smell and identify the most delicate smells. She often comes in and compliments me on how I smell and will notice if I change perfumes. As long as she can smell it, I figure I'm ok. wink So just find one you like and spray as usual. It's probably still there even if you don't smell it.

btw, I wear Estee Lauders Pleasure or an imported English Lily of the Valley perfume. Depends on whether I want a sophisticated or lighter scent that day.

Amerige (sp?) by Oscar de la Renta. It's about the only thing light enough that I can wear it without my eyes watering or my sinuses clogging up. I'm allergic to most perfumes. frown

Weekend - Burberry was a current fave. The bottle is empty now and I'm still trying to get stuff out of it.

I used to LOVE Victoria's Secret Rapture and Victoria - I wonder if they still make those...

I used to wear Joop, but don't think they make the women's fragrance any longer. Now (and for several years) I wear Heavenly by Victoria's Secret. I'm not the flowery kind of girl either.

I wear Honeysuckle from bath and body, But my favorite is Kenneth Cole Black for women, they don't make it anymore either, but I've still been lucky enough to find it at perfumania everytime I'm out.

I love, Love LOVE Miracle (Lancome) and Be Delicious (DKNY)!

I also like Romance (Ralph Lauren).

I used to wear Tommy Girl (the pink pearl sparkly stuff) but it's kind of "young" for me now.

I have found that if you don't layer your perfume with at least the matching lotion, the scent just doesn't last. And if you layer you don't need near as much so it is not as strong but lasts a long time.

I love Basic Instinct by Victoria's Secret, and of course, they don't make it any more. I've worn Aromatics Elixir by Clinique since high school as my regular scent...only one throughout the years that people have actually stopped me and asked me what I was wearing because it smelled so good! For special occasions I wear Sung or Tresor
