Are most banks setting the bill pay transaction limit at the Service Provider's "CAP" or are you willing to take the added liability and increase the transaction limit for the customer's convenience? If so, do you increase it on a case by case basis or for all bill pay users?

Our providers cap is 9,999,999 which was a little spicy for our taste. We capped it at 99,999. It's done across the board and not per user.
