National Association for Bank Security may have them.
They are at 1-800-390-6227.

If you are a member of the ABA (American Bankers Association) and can access their website, they fairly recently published a Robbery Toolkit that includes a Robbery Response Kit for branches. It's available on their website for download.

We took the Kit and made some modifications such as adding temporary closure signs and the like and it is now standard at all our locations.

Czargazer's suggestion is great. I've reviewed the ABA product and it's excellent.

I took the best parts of the ABA Toolbox and what I ordered from NABS, and then added some more to customize it for our bank. It's standard at all branches, and included in all new employee kits. Works well...
