This may sound like a poorly thought out question. Lets say you make the GFE open for x number of days. So, when that time passes, you will need to reissue a new GFE if the application process is still going on. Does this sound correct?

If the customer does not provide you with an intent to proceed within 10 days or other longer period specified by the bank, you get to start over.
