We would like to send a $10 "gift card" to certain customers that meet certain criteria. We don't want to select one merchant over another. Our Bank Card department has checked with their processor and they do not offer any type of gift card with a VISA logo. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please?

If you wish to offer that type of gift card, you will need to find a vendor that provides them or can do them for you. I know the Star ATM/EFT network can do them. Others are out there. For example, in the Chicago area, National-City Bank offers them, as well as smaller community banks. Even some shopping malls here sell them. They can be purchased without personalization in person or on web sites. Two web sites I know of are the National City Bank web page and the web page for the Simon chain of shopping malls which are nationwide.
