Our local Fair Housing Center has commissioned a study on discrimination in the sale of homeowners insurance. The study will be released next month, but I'm curious - is anyone out there monitoring for this internally? What do you look for, and how is your program structured? Or do you farm it out?

I can only answer your first question -- no, my Bank does not monitor sales of homeowner's insurance. We have 4 insurance branches.

But I would love to hear the results of their study next month!
