Can someone tell me how to order this new booklet? Going on HUD and printing off the 49 pages for each customer surely is not the easiest way to do this.

I ordered a thousand the other day by calling HUD...makes me wonder now if i am really going to get them...the first time i called, the lady said they no longer printed them in booklet form. The next time i called the lady said i could have as many as i want....i think everybody at HUD just says whatever they have to to get you to hang up.

Right before Christmas I ordered a supply of booklets too. And, as others have noted, I too was told that I would receive them in 7 - 10 days. Well, here we are at 1/26 and I still don't have the booklets. So, today I called HUD and was told that the booklets were not printed because they were "DRAFTS" and that the RESPA folks had forgotten to stamp the booklet as a "DRAFT". I was told to call the RESPA folks to find out what to do, and when the final version was going to be printed. The person I spoke with said that she was not sure if the 1/6/10 version on HUD's website was the final verison or not. Just wondering what others are doing?

Great! We got our supply from Greatland around the 15th and have already been giving them out. Yikes

We are printing it off the HUD website for now to give to borrowers. HUD told us they would not be issuing anymore booklets. Of course, maybe I should call next week because I'm pretty sure I'll get a different answer.

I sent an email to HUD to check on the order placed in December and the response was to place another order in two weeks.

Good Grief!

I called this morning and was told to call again in THREE weeks. Good grief is right!!

Makes my head spin and spin.

Robin, you won't be receiving that order. HUD cancelled all unfilled orders from December when the minor revisions of 1-06-2010 were issued. We, too, were told by HUD to call back in the future if we still want the booklets.

I just got off the phone with a HUD representative and was told that they would no longer be supplying the booklets. We all need to go to their website and print off the Word or PDF document and make copies or order the booklets through a vendor. She also mentioned that the Federal Reserve was giving out 25 complimentary copies if you want to call them.

I was told today the same thing. Other than this person didn't mention the Federal Reserve copies.
