This may sound like a silly question, but the .pdf of the new HUD Settlement Booklet on the HUD website is in color. We can convert it to a word doc., but when we load it into our front end system (ARGO Consumer)the color graphics turn into a big black blob. Where can I find a black & white version to convert to word? (We only do about a dozen 1st lien purchase transactions a year, so we auto print our booklets with the other early disclosures for that product as a control to ensure they are provided.) I need a B & W booklet!

If you were able to convert it into a Word doc, and the cover page shows as a picture element, you might be able to edit that one page.Use the Format tab to 'recolor' the image into black and white. Let me know how it goes or if you want, sent me the Word doc and I can try it for you.
