Hey, I thought you were taking Friday afternoons off? Come on in, its a rowdy crowd today. Ummm, you want to be a dealer? It looks like we need one..... Oh! We could make this like Vegas and pump oxygen into the bar and then none of us would get sleepy after we ate lunch.

I took yesterday afternoon off instead since it was a freakishly warm and sunny day, and it gave me a chance to do a final fall cleanup in the yard, although today has turned into a great day too. Even though it got bad reviews, I have a date with my daughter to see Cat in the Hat tonight, so I have to work this afternoon so I can afford the movies

Excuse me please, but I'll need to look at your dice....you've been winning an awful lot! Are these dice loaded?? If they are I guess you're all trained up for your Casino night!!

They aren't the only thing getting loaded around here...

Dawnie, didn't you know, celebration champagne has zero carbs? Also zero cals.

I think it also gives a girl a big butt...but since you're a consultant, I'll believe anything you say

I can't handle the bubbly though right now so I'll wait. My head is about to explode...I think it was the second cigar last night Remind me not to do that again

Hey Z...can you build me a cigar room and slap a wine celler off to the left of it?

If I promise to keep my hands off of the dice and away from CubDave's olives, could I have a VEEEEERY large Bailey's straight up in a brandy snifter please? I'll just sit quietly and bag on Johnny Foolplay while admiring the latest pictures of Burton.

And thus it was done--with walk-in humidor. Not to worry my non-smoking friends (I am a non-smoker myself), each smoker has his or her own ventilation system here at Cleabatsu's. Virtual reality is such a wonderful thing--no sticky laws of physics to worry about. And perhaps more importantly, for those of you who have had a little too much, no laws of gravity.

Hey Z- do you mean gravity as in "serious" or gravity as in "the earth sucks"?

What a crowd today! Could I have a margarita please? On the rocks. Since it seems to be game day, are there any other sheepshead players here?

You bet! I have a pool table at home and I would be glad to allow the bar to virtually borrow it. Thanks for the drink, I'll pay the tip. We just have to watch the pool sticks, it appears a bit crowded in this place today. I don't want to knock any of the patrons off their stools and onto their bu**s.

Didn't you know, it was part of the original build out. Dawnie, you need to speak up, we could've told you about it last week.

Forget the cracker, try frozen Cool Whip -- makes the Land of Atkins much more fun!

MR C and Z

I am over the age of 21 and remember when the drinking age was 18

I was at the Romantics concert and at BIlly Idol's concert when he fell on stage because he was too boozed up

Can I join you'all?

EXCUSE ME but the proper way to phrase that is "Shoot STICK and drink beer." And as the dame what opened this joint, I think I speak with some authority. (I speak with some authorities on a regular basis, but that's another story.)

BOL User, I'll definitely have to pop down and visit you, I know Randy's tired of the drive to San Antone!! Come to DACA in January and hear Richard (and we'll sit and gossip in between.)

What are you reading today?

I'm actually reading Pilgrim's Progress at the moment. I've had it on my shelf for years and have never got around to reading it. It's very interesting, but not exactly light reading. Since this is a virtual read anyway, I think I'll curl up with one of my long-time favorites, maybe Gone With the Wind.

Great Blue,

Pilgrim's Progress happens to be one of my all-time favorite reads. Just finished up another classic late last night (after Midnight) -- Moby Dick. Now that I'm here in the reading room...I've been meaning to read the Hobbit...oh man! this leather chair is comfortable...and it reclines, too....ZZZZZZZ

Sorry, I told you I wasn't very good. Next time I'll be more PC. So how about that other story, it sounds promising
