I know there is a timeframe, but I cannot put my finger on it. How long do we have after FEMA has published map revisions to process our notifications to our borrowers? Shouldn't this be included in our contract with our flood vendor?
Once we receive notice from our LOL vendor, we send notice ASAP. I don't think there is a set time frame, but you're on the hook as soon as you have knowledge that the property is now in a SFHA.
