I have a 15 year $68,000, fixed rate loan to H/W secured by agriculatural land to consolidate personal debt. Are there any requirements other than TIL and FLood for this? I'm sorry to ask for help, but I am not up to date on all the consumer real estate requirements yet. Thanks!

Thank you, Pjps. I totally forgot about this wonderful tool. I do have a copy but it was an older version. I'm so glad to find out I was right on the money. I was so nervous because of all the changes happening.
