I have a dog that covers food dishes so the rest of the dogs can't get it (or so she thinks). Bedroom slippers are a favored cover upper!
Mine also are all avid moler's and squirrel hunters...so far none have made it to the sofa crevaces...thank goodness!

those green teeth cleaning bones were not a fav of our weenie dog, but so no one else got them, he would hide them over all the house, we still come across them and he has been gone 3 years.....

- The discovery on our part of one bloated, several-day-old deceased gopher waaaay down in the corner cushions of our Lazy Boy loveseat. (Yep, it left a greasy grimey gopher stain -- RIP comfy sofa) Oh my word We had a beagle male come a calling on one of our Rotts once. Traveled 4 miles twice a day to come courting the love of his life. He was in love. First time they took him home he chewed thru his chain. The second time he climbed a tree and jumped over a chain link fence to get to his Juliet. As hard as we tried to keep them apart it still resulted in 7 Beeweilers babies.

- Yep, it left a greasy grimey gopher stain Thanks a bunch. Now I have this song stuck in my head. Great, green globs of greasy, grimey gopher guts. Mutilated monkey meat, little, dirty birdy feet...

Just having been to the emergency vet this morning at 1:00, this one stuck out...
Everyone OK now? She is-thanks for asking. She had a nasty allergic reaction to something...furiously scratching and chewing her paws, very agitated and her mouth and snout swelled up. Nothing that a shot of Benadryl and some steroids couldn't take care of.

We had an outdoor cat when we lived in Georgia. We also put a cat door on the garage. It wasn't very big - just big enough for Sam to get into the garage.
We came back home after being up north to visit my family for a few days. We went into the garage and I went up the stairs to go in - and there was the majority of a very large deceased rabbit. I have no idea how Sam stuffed that thing through that small space.

If I didn't have dogs, I wouldn't have a blue rug on the back seat to prevent them from sliding on the leather seat.
If I didn't have dogs, there would be no doggy seatbelts in the back seat.

possums love cat food...we feed fixed feral cats and we cannot leave food out after dusk, and the cats do nothing to defend the bowls, just perch up high and watch .....

If I didn't have dogs, there would be no doggy seatbelts in the back seat. Me too! I have the back seat cover thing and Boeing and Puka each have their own tiny seatbelts. So funny when my school buddies want to ride in my car to go get food...the one in the back has to fight to get her people seatbelt around the seat cover and the one in the front has to undo the doggie seatbelts.

My unfixed feral cat has her food high up on a ledge in my feed room at the barn...If I was to go in there and see a possum that made it past my dogs..I'd have a coronary probablay...snakes..that's one thing...but possums-horrors!

hmdagal..I had that happen twice last summer...I thought they were mutilated, but instead they were just playing "possum". grrrrr....what's worse is when you investigate and they pick that particular moment in time to hiss at you....ACK!

If I didn't have any cats I would never wake up with half of a mouse on my pillow. Tiny little mobsters!
