We have some high end residential REO on the market. A realtor told us about home tender or home manager services whereby the company provides occupants who stay in the property and furnish it with "quality" furnishings to help it show better. Occupants agree to be out for showings and vacate on very short notice. Service says they are not tenants and are not protected by landlord-tenant laws because they don't pay rent. (I'm not so sure about that.)
Anyone have any experience with any of these services?
