I can't seem to locate where in the reg. where it states an early TIL is not required on any personal purpose consumer loan (purchase, refi, hm improvement, etc)secured by a 1-4 family dwelling on 25 acres or more. Does anyone know where I can find it. I know it's exempt from RESPA, but I can't seem to find where it is exempt from Reg. Z Early TIL requirements.

226.19(a) "In a mortgage transaction subject to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act...". If not subject to RESPA, early TIL requirements don't apply.
