Wholesale lending is not my expertise so I'm hoping to get advice from someone more knowledgeable than I.

Investor is underwriting loans but loan is funded by and closed in bank name. Investor wants bank to use its (investor's) Privacy disclosure and Servicing disclosure. Investor will also obtain flood determination and wants their notice to be provided to borrower. Any problems with this?

Q: Are you giving a transfer of servicing disclosure at the time of closing?

Do the investor docs differ from the ones you'd normally use in any significant way? If not, I really don't forsee any problems using their form.

Thanks for your responses. I was concerned because I thought they wanted us to provide the disclosures using their name. I later found out that we could use our name. Since we are the lender (closing in our name and funding the loan), I thought these disclosures should be provided in our name.
