Why would the rate spread be NA on the HPML calculator? Does that mean it is not an HPML?

The calculator will only display a rate spread percentage if the APR exceeds the applicable threshold.

NA means the APR did not exceed the threshold therefore the loan would not be a HPML.

NA means you do not have a HPML.
