We have a customer that I inherited that has a loan secured by property in a flood zone. We have a determination and it IS in a flood hazard area. When the loan was done, the land was vacant. Since then, they have moved a mobile home onto the property and they are living there. The mobile home IS NOT financed w/ us nor is it listed on any of our collateral documents. The loan has matured. Is anything required of me to do?

If the loan has matured - what is your question - you mean if you refinance the land only? As long as you don't have the MH as collateral, there is no flood requirements.
