We have a campaign account where the individual running for office has assigned a "Campaign Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer" on the DS-DE9 Form other than herself. Can the individual running for office be an authorized signor on the account? And who signs the resolution?

In addition to the DS-DE9 form we would have the Candidate sign the resolution form whcih basically says the same as the resolution. And unless the candidate names him or herself as the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer, the candidate is not allowed to be an authorized signer.
