I'm reviewing a new Internet Wire Transfer Agreement that we may start using. We currently only have one customer that would be utilizing this product and he is on the Board. Does anyone have any feedback as to any problems that could occur with doing wires on line, and our customer being on the Board?
Just don't want to overlook any regulation issues.

No issues other than the standard issues with on-line wire transfers. Make sure you have IP address verification set up - there has been a rash of fraud through the use of key-logging.

Read the FFIEC Guidance on multi-factor authentication and make sure you are, at a minimum, meeting those standards.
