I'll bet the gents here will be singing a different tune once Derek and the Pussycat Doll do their first number. The sizzle meter will go through the roof there. As I said, the sizzle meter will go through the roof, and bitter jealous women around the globe will call in from every pay phone they can reach during the time limit, just to make sure she's voted out! Ok, maybe that's not how it happens, but the pretty girl goes home way too early every season.

Brooke Burke is the new co-host of DWTS replacing Samantha Harris. She is currently on vacation in Africa with her family.

I hope Brooke doesn't read the same script the other lady did...that "in no particular order routine" would grind on me, and I only have seen two shows in the last 5 years....

Steve ain't what he used to be. I think his lackluster performance as Oscar host last night proves he couldn't handle DWTS. I thought he was decent last night, and a dog pulled from the pound just before the show would be an improvement over Bergeron's lameness!

I thought Steve was OK... I felt Baldwin brought the duo down.

I have not seen that Chad Ochocinco ad in this part of Texas.
I can't wait for the show to start. Any early picks for first eliminations? I can't imagine Buzz Aldrin will be a good dancer.

Buzz will move around the floor like he is weightless, he has had a lot of practice at that...

This is what I heard on TV the other day.
In the beginning, stars were paid $125,000 for competing on the show, and between $10,000 and $50,000 per week thereafter.
Supposedly, they are now paid $250,000 for competing on the show. (The reporter didn't mention what the weekly pay range would be.) The winning couple receives an additional $100,000 each.
I'd sure do DWTS if I received a minimum of $250,000! (Even if I got booted off the first week!)
I pick Evan Lysacek for the win. Hopefully, Anna as a partner won't be a hindrance. Like someone else said, she doesn’t have the best track record.

Obviously you haven't seen the PussyCat Doll dance in her show. Especially paired with Derek, she'll stick around for a while. In fact she's one of my final three pics along with Evan Lysacek. Evan is a obsessive worker and keeps at it till he gets it. I wouldn't be surprised if his pro comes out saying she wishes he knew how to take a break. I'm leaving the third space open till I see the others. Oh, I've seen her dance. That's why she'll go home early. The majority of voters for this show are women. The good looking girls who are good dancers go home early because they don't get the votes, while the Evan Lysacek's will.
