We charge an origination fee of $1,000 but credit the customer and do not charge for the $10 credit report. I checked the Q&A page 44 for this and I believe it should say....

801 - $1,000
802 - <$10>
803 - $990

There is no example really like this in the Q&A. Does anyone know if this is correct? Thanks

That would be correct and you would show the $10 credit report fee in the column on line 805.
