Do you have to have Member FDIC if the bank name and slogan are on the side of a van? How about if it is with names of other businesses?
Thank you so much

If you are using your logo for advertising purposes you should have the Member FDIC displayed as well.

In a prior life I worked with our mergers & acquisitions. Bank couriers/vehicles was one of the items on my list. If the name was one them...get it off and then move on to mobile license, insurance, etc. In one case, one of the couriers came to me that told me that he had asked the bank's name to be removed several times because he was concerned about the personal risk to him. The bank had declined. A little short-sighted on the risk management side to say the least.
