For those accounts that have POAs, Representative Payees, Conservators, etc., do you allow the person entrusted with handling these funds a debit card? The protected person is the true owner of the funds and the Attorney-in-Fact or other such person is only an authorized signer, right? So would you offer a debit card on the account with the Authorized Signer's name on it --- seems like that would make it appear that they were an owner?

Or am I just trying to control the world yet again?
