Anyone using ACL to query data bases? What is your level of satisfaction? Did you find it difficult to implement and learn? Any hidden costs? Thanks for sharing.

You are here
as you have not recieved any reply I will take a stab. I used in a prior FI (insurance co). I did not know any of the Fees involved. It was difficult to learn but the vender provided onsite training and a phone number for support. I only used for a short period of time (got back to banking) but found it a powerful tool for two audits.

Best of luck

I have used ACL extensively over the past 8-9 years. I love it's capibilities. They have very good support for about $400/year. It does require training and consistent use to maintain knowledge of its tools. I can recover the costs of the software almost immediately.
