We offer an open end checking account overdraft protection product. Our forms vendor has a canned form that complies with the Reg Z but does not allow us to make changes. We are looking to add an addendum to the original disclosure stating a change in terms. We do not want to have the minimum advance in increments of $50.00, we only want to pull what the customer needs to cover the overdraft. I have researched and haven't found anything to help me decide if this is allowed Does anyone know or can you direct me to the correct place to research further?

This is a contractual issue. See your attorney and they can draft an appropriate addendum.
