I have a sensitive question...

Background:
A State Trooper from a small town where we have a branch was killed in the line of duty. The local newspaper reported that donations in lieu of flowers could be made in the name of his two small daughters at our bank! We knew nothing about it and folks just started bringing donations ($$$) in. After much ado, we were able to find out that the family would like for this to happen.

Question:
We have taken the donations and have opened an account.
How do we title the account and what sort of documentation do we need?
