My 11 year old loves, loves, loves this show. He laughs from beginning to end, even if he's seen the episode a dozen times. I wasn't a fan. . .at first. But now I find myself laughing sometimes, too. And I much prefer it to some of the alternatives that he watches!

She's ripping on celebrities and it's really stupid" I would've much rather watched The Amazing Race!

This is her schtick every year when she hosts this show. Sometimes it is mildly amusing, but honestly, I was at a meeting and missed the start of the show, so I didn't hear much of what she had to say this year. I heard an unfunny comment about Tiger Woods and Jesse James, and a few barbs at Taylor Swift. I am not really a Reba fan so I generally tune her out. I much prefer the CMAs to this show, in part because she doesn't host.

I agree, there is worse out there. We have a Comcast DVR so she keeps setting it up to record series (all and repeats) so within a day or two it is about 85-90% full and I have to delete them. Some of the other stuff she watches... I usually go and tend to my "farm" on the computer. She used to watch Avatar the Last Airbender which I found interesting so when the movie came out, I was disappointed that it wasn't about the cartoon hahaha. M. Knight Shamalayan is making the Last Airbender movie so we'll probably go see that when it comes out.

Well, I love Reba and it was a good show. Happy with the people that won. Would have liked Toby Keith to have won the entertainer of the yr but ok with Carrie winning it.

Switching back and forth with Desperate Housewives; It's the long lost brother that is causing the problems I think and not Orson. I'd also like to rip that moustache off that kid's face- he looks like an idiot wearing it.

I watched Army Wives on Lifetime. Watched because last night there was a possibility of seeing my daughter on the show. a couple of months ago, she got paid $108 for a couple of hours work as an extra. The scene she was part of was shown last night, but they never showed my daughter. Oh well.

I've heard that depending on which word you emphasize, the meaning could be totally different.

I used to love to watch that show. I try and watch The Closer too but keep forgetting it's on.

Way, way south.
Tonight on History: American Pickers at 9, and Pawn Stars at 10.
Unsure if they are repeats or new.

yes, was not happy as I wanted City...but was pleased with Chelsea/Tottenham result. I hate Chelsea and their attitudes. Only person on that team I like is Anelka. And Arsenal just can't catch a break...

My granddaughter's school went on a trip to see the [replica] Shroud of Turin right around the time the History Channel had the Face of Jesus, about the Shroud. It was very interesting. I was amazed that a 9 year old would be into it as much as she was/is (we haven't finished watching it because by the time things calm down for the evening it is close to her bedtime). She was also into the show about finding the Garden of Eden. She did not want to watch the one about the Apocalypse LOL.

Fringe is a must every week! But the new show - Minute to Win It is very entertaining. I find myself cheering for the contestants and laughing at some of the weird facial/body expressions they make while doing the stunts. And, there isn't anything else on worth watching at that time on Sunday night.

If the Blackhawks are not on, then I'll watch the Cubs.

New favorite show of the moment - Blue Mountain State (hence the new signature line)

I think Parenthood is the best thing on TV since Knotts Landing! I usually have to watch via DVR during off hours or in the office since the main T.V. seems to be stuck on FOX News. I'm pretty surprised that O'Reilly's image is not burned into the TV screen yet. grin
Knots Landing!!! Donna Mills!!!!!
