Can someone point me to the correct code to find this answer - we are state charted (FDIC and Tx Dept of Banking oversight) -
We are going on site to a vendor partner to man an informational table and collect new account applications (no deposits will be accepted) -
We are going to have a drawing that's open to their employees - so obviously my real question is can we limit it to only those who complete the new account application and open the account or is it open to all employees who come by and ask us for a drawing slip (that way they at least have to talk to us)?
This is something I would like to do with some other vendors/partners etc so appreciate any direction here...Thanks
