Can OD fees be different for different products - e.g. $20/OD item for Free Checking, $30/OD item on all other?
Can OD fees be based on the OD item - e.g. $20/ATM or Debit OD, $30/Check or ACH OD?
Can OD fees be different based on the customer - e.g. $20/OD item for Military, $30/OD item for civilians?
I'm not finding easy answers & will appreciate any help!

Can your core system accomodate all these variables? The only thing I would be cautious of is inadvertently creating a perception of discrimination since overdrafts are technically a loan and fall under Reg B.

Thanks Georgia, you're right, that's something to watch out for. At this point we are looking at options, and I don't know how much of this our core system could accommodate, but there's always another mod....
