Am I right to say that internet banking is NOT considered an "access device" as defined by Reg E...even though it allows transfers and movement of funds electronically??? We are changing internet banking providers and are looking at Account Agreements. Some of them include a Reg E disclosure and some don't. Do you think it would be advisable to include it?
Your bill pay will most likely be Reg E covered transactions.
