If we have a business that has 5 people authorized to make deposits and one person brings a deposit over $10,000. Do we need to have all the information for all the authorized people listed on the CTR, or just the person's name DBA as the business.

You should only report the individual - or individuals-conducting that days transaction.

Business in section A, person depositing in section B. The others weren't there, so they don't count!
