Banks required to report HMDA are required to include the HMDA Disclosure Statements provided by FFIEC for the prior two calendar years. This always confuses me as we don't received the FFIEC info for the prior year until the middle of the following year.

Should I have 2007 & 2008 in my file currently, or just 2008 and include 2009 when it is available?

I always keep two years in my public file, so even though it's 2010, I keep 2007 until 2009 is available.
