I recently received an update concerning 2 dislcosures in Illinois. One is called the Borrower Affidavit Regarding Loan Benefit & the other is Tangible Benefit Worksheet. Can anyone tell me when these 2 disclosures are required at application or at closing? 2) When is the effective date for use of the disclosures and what Law or statute are the dislcosures based upon. Unless something escaped me, I was not aware of such disclosures. Thank you.

These disclosures are regarding High Cost loans
