I have the census tract numbers for two particular lending areas of ours and my chief credit officer is asking for the "income bracket information" for these particular tracts.

Where would I find something like this?

If you go to www.ffiec.gov - go to census information. You can go to your state, county, tract and review the demographic information such as income, minority percentage, etc.

I found the median family income for the MSA, but how can I drill down into the census tract?

If you enter the address into the Geocoding System on the FFIEC's website, then click the button for Census Demographic, you'll get the information you need.
