Out there
Does anyone has a notice you would share that you send to a customer when the bank has received a Garnishment?

All I do is forward a copy of the garnishment to the customer.

I send a cover letter with the garnishment copies notifying the customer of the amount charged to their account for the garnishment and processing fee:

"We have been served with a Notice of Garnishment from (garnishor), a copy of which is enclosed for your records. We have charged your checking account no. xxxxx the amount of $xx.xx for the garnishment, and $xx.xx for our processing fee. Enclosed are copies for your records."
