I thought of y'all this weekend - the Junebug went to Six Flags for the first time since she was big enough to ride things, and discovered she really likes ShockWave.

I now have a Garmin and a TomTom....I'll bring them both if I have to!! No motorcycle this time if I am able to go. It'll either be my shiny new G8 (for sale, btw) or the family-mobile (Explorer). Also, I would be bringing my ENTIRE family....SO, baby and probably both older kids)...of course, I don't remember receiving an invitation.....

When will this be?

have you ever tried to pit the Garmin against the Tom Tom in a gps death match?

I used the Tom Tom for a trip to Denver, and I know that the ETA is WAY off. It thinks I should be driving about 55 EVERYWHERE. The Garmin was much more accurate in that respect.

A GPS death match does sound like a lot of fun, though.

June 25-27 was the dates originally proposed if I remember correctly, but once baconboy opted out, you could say the plans sizzled out...irregardless if he is going, I think it should still take place

I concur, Happy. By all means, someone step up and make this happen. It just turned out I won't be able to make it back to Ohio this year.

If pjs would allow us to stay in her basement I would reconsider.... or maybe GoLions' basement, but we would have to bring a new couch if we stayed there....

I think pjs (is she still even posting to BOL?) lives slightly closer, although GoLions! would be shortly off the turnpike. My parents don't allow strangers to stay with them after that little thing in the late '90s but I swear I had nothing to do with that.

Well I now have tickets to see Jeff Dunham the 25th, so I won't be able to make it to Ohio this year anyways.
