Are CRA Loans with terms less than 90 days reportable?

Is there a source that I could research this...Many thanks!

If you originated a 60 day note to a Small Business and they paid it off it would be reportable. If you made a 36 mo note to a Small Business and they paid it off in less than 90 days its reportable.

The maturity or payoff date has nothing to do with whats reported for CRA purposes.
