Does anyone know if it's required to send out the (monthly) account analysis to business customers? Starting in June we are going to start charging for uncollected funds and wonder if we should. Currently business customers will ask for the analysis if they want it...which isn't often, so it is available upon request.

I don't think it is required that you mail it out. If I was a business customer and started getting service charges I'd ask to see it to see how you calculated the charges and I'd want to know up front how analysis works and what kinds of charges I may incur. I wouldn't hide it from them.
