Update to my last post- I've gone through the NACHA workbook, and it is more detailed than necessary for my small FI. Several sections are not applicable, as expected. It was fairly easy to work through. However, some yes/no questions were not applicable (n/a), which was not an option in some cases. In those instances, you had to answer either yes or no, which impacted your overall risk score for that section.
I could stick with the NACHA version, but I was forawrded a sample from another BOLer which was much more appropriate for us. I'll be using that as a base, but might incorporate a few things from the NACHA one.
