We have a RESPA covered construction loan where the contractor will be paying the hazard insurance. On the HUD, where it is marked, p.o.c. by whom should we list it is paid, I read where it can be (b)-borrower, (s)-seller, (r)-realtor, but what should be listed in this instance?

If the contractor is paying it, I would list it POCS
