We issue a GFE with an estimate of hazard insurance and then later receive evidence of hazard insurance with the accurate amount. Is this considered a change in circumstance?

No, incorrect estimations are not a changed circumstance. However, it doesn't really matter in this instance as homeowner's insurance is in a category that can change.

Monica is correct. There are no tolerance concerns, you just want to make a best effort on estimating.

So is it okay to issue a new GFE in this case? It seems like we would be issuing a lot of revised GFEs. Does anyone else revise their GFE for this reason?
