How often is it recommended to rekey a branch office? Obviously if someone loses a key it would be a good idea, but other than those circumstances? Every five years? Thanks for your input!

We don't rekey even if someone losses a key. This would be way to costly (I would prefer swipe cards for this reason but that's another battle).

Do not mark your keys to advertise your bank. They look like house keys so who would know what its for?

Employees must use an entry code to access the building anyway.

Thanks, we have implemented swipe cards (controlled access systems) at some locations however they too are fairly costly. Generally we have issued swipe cards at our Regional Main Offices. Not all of our branches have security systems that include motion detection so not all employees have a code to enter to access their respective branch.
