We were using E Funds for new account opening to verify consumer information, unfortunately they changed their software and we no longer get the information we need i.e. if bank has charged them off, social security number verification, ofac check.
Does anyone have a suggestion on software they are using for CIP account opening?

Have you talked to them? We have eFunds ID Verification which we use for OFAC and Account opening. We also converted to the new version of CheckSystems, now also called eFunds, to verify banking history, charge-off, etc.

When we converted, they took away OFAC from the ID Verification piece because they mistakenly thought we did not need it anymore. Check with your rep, (hopefully, not the same one we had) to see if you are getting everything you should be...
