In Texas, is it required to specifically state what kinds of safe deposit box fees our bank may charge a customer? Is so, is it stated in the SDB contract or separately? Currently, we state in our contract "reasonable fees will apply for loss or forgetfullness of your keys" Is this ok?

I don't know that there is anything in a statutes regarding SD boxes outside of the stamping of keys and relocation. This would be a contractual issue.
