Lost in the rain.
Our credit reporting vendor wants to host a BBQ for our entire company. I believe that this would represent a RESPA section 8 issue. I don't believe it meets the educational exemption but I would like a second or third opinion.

If you are pulling credit reports from this vendor for mortgage loans, you are correct.
