Our bank is about to begin writing a compliance program. We are looking for a little guidance. Does anyone have a template or any guidance to help us to get started and ensure that we include everything? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check the compliance exam manual of your federal regualtor and it should outline what they are looking for in a compliance program.

ICBA has a great Comliance Working Papers CD that you can puchase and then get annual updates. It has a sample policy, checklists... covers all areas of the bank.
