Does anyone have procedures for dealing with a Freeze Notice from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts that they would care to share? Got our first Freeze and want to make sure everything is dotted and crossed.

I've looked through Texas Finance Code (Chapters 59 and 111)still trying to figure out if I have to notify the accountholder or not.
