I know this has been discussed but we are avoiding HPMLs and we had a couple of instances in which we did not catch a couple and thus have HPMLs without escrow.

I understand we have an irreversible violation but wanted to see if there is any benefit to modifying the loan to lower the rate or re-closing it at a non-HPML rate.
