We have the error resolution notice printed on the back of the statement paper that has always been sufficient. We have recently started offering e-Statements accessible through online banking.

How do you deliver the error resolution notice using e-Statements?

Another option is to revert to the long-form notice and send it electronically (if your ESIGN agreement covers it) once a year.

My bank does what ahou indicated but doing the long form annually may save bandwidth and file size of the statements.

FWIW John mentioned E-Sign authorization, that is needed whether you're doing long or short form as you're substituting bits and bytes for required written/paper notices.

I am tagging on to this thread rather than starting a new one. We are rolling out estatements in the next few months. When a customer logs into online banking he will be able to get to his statements if he has enrolled. However, the error resolution notice that is printed on the back of our paper statements is a separate link. The customer will see a list of available statements and under that list there is another button for "error resolution". Will that be sufficient to meet the annual mailing requirement?
