Looking for some good messages to leave on an answering machine. That will get the customer to actually return your call when bank employee is calling to collect a debt owed to bank. And stays away from any privacy violations.

We don't leave messages but most times they don't call back. We set aside a night or two per month and the person who makes the calls in the Loan Dept. stays until 8:00 p.m. or so to make calls. You get a much better success rate at reaching people in the evening and speaking to them live.

Leaving messages almost caused a problem many years ago. A message was left to call the bank about the loan. Unfortunately, the spouse (who did not know about the debt) came home first and retrieved the message.
